
We are a small, pasture-based, and family-owned egg farm built around care - for our hens, our land, and the food we produce. We believe good eggs start with healthy birds and thoughtful farming practices, which is why our flocks live outdoors in open pasture, following natural routines and behaviors.
Our hens forage, scratch, and communicate as a flock, supported by a diverse mix of breeds that brings resilience, balance, and natural variation to our eggs. We keep our flocks intentionally small and include roosters, whose presence helps maintain awareness and protection in an open environment.
At Farm the Golden Yolk, we value transparency and simplicity. Our eggs are graded and sized to standard expectations, but they remain an agricultural product—naturally varied, fresh, and shaped by the seasons. We’re proud to produce eggs with integrity, grounded in responsible stewardship and respect for the animals in our care.
